Cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin, tested 1 week: HEEDA

How was it after one week on dehydrated oily skin?

After finishing my usual cleansing oil, I used this for about a week. For my dehydrated oily skin, it felt less tight deep down after cleansing and left it feeling moisturized. I could remove everything from foundation to mascara with about one minute of massaging, so it was convenient when I wanted to keep cleansing simple.

How do you use the HEEDA cleansing balm?

I used the spatula to scoop out an appropriate amount and massaged the solid balm over my face for 30 seconds. Once it melted with body heat and became soft like an oil, I added water to emulsify it, massaged for another 30 seconds, and rinsed with water.

What did makeup removal feel like?

Before using it on my face, I first tested it with eyeliner and lip products. It did not feel especially irritating when I massaged gently, and the cleansing power felt good to me. The solid balm also had a soft texture when scooping it out.

What about the packaging and price?

The round container was black, and a spatula plus a clear plastic protective piece were inside the lid. I bought the 100ml size for ₩25,900 from Naver Smart Store.

What conditions did this product suit?

It suited me as someone with dehydrated oily skin who wanted to simplify makeup removal and cleansing into one step. Skin irritation and how it feels can vary from person to person, though.
