In short

Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam is a pump-type, mildly acidic foaming cleanser that the brand says contains Chojeong carbonated water. The writer used Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam morning and night on dry skin made sensitive by air conditioning, and her son with acne-prone skin used it too; one pump gave dense foam, and her skin did not feel very tight after washing. Why I chose a mildly acidic foaming cleanser for dry, sensitive skin

I tried Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam while looking for a gentler, mildly acidic foaming cleanser. With the hotter weather and constant air conditioning, my skin has been sensitive, and my face often felt tight after washing.

When I pick a foaming cleanser, I look at how well it cleans and how my skin feels afterward. If the cleansing power is too strong, my skin gets dry right after washing; if it's too mild, it feels like residue is left behind. So a good balance matters.

I also really love the container of Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam. I usually like opaque, light-blocking containers, but since this one is used in the bathroom, I think it's nice that it's clear and you can see how much is left.

How is the foam of Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam?

Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam is a pump type, so dense, plentiful foam comes out the moment you press it. You don't need to lather it up in your hands, which made it easy to use for a quick morning wash. The foam is soft, so it felt like there was less friction on my skin too.

Is this unusually dense, fluffy foam a feature of the formula? Or is it just a good foam container? Once I finish this, I'm going to reuse the empty bottle for hand soap. It's the fluffiest foam I've ever come across.

One pump is enough, but the foam was so pretty that I pumped several times, and then it felt like such a waste, haha.

Tightness and dryness after washing

I spread Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam all over my face, rubbed it in gently, then rinsed. Because it's mildly acidic, my face felt squeaky clean but didn't dry out afterward. I think it suits my dry skin perfectly.

The first thing I noticed while using it was that the tightness after washing wasn't bad. Instead of that dry, stiff feeling, a little moisture stayed on my skin, so it was comfortable to use. Maybe because it's a low-irritation tested product, I could use it fairly comfortably even on days when my skin was sensitive.

Chojeong carbonated water: cleansing power and a fresh feeling

Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam is said to contain Chojeong carbonated water from North Chungcheong Province, and my skin felt fresh rather than stuffy after washing. It was an easy fit for morning and night, especially now, when sebum and oil increase. It felt like it cleaned out the gunk in my pores neatly, yet the dryness afterward wasn't severe.

The case is a clean white too.

The safety pin? I pull it out and use the pump that way. I won't throw it away though, since I'll need it when traveling~ ^^

Ingredients and scent of Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam

Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam is said to contain not ordinary hyaluronic acid but low-molecular sodium hyaluronate, along with plant-derived ingredients like birch sap and yam root extract. Maybe that's why my skin felt comfortable after washing. The scent isn't strong either, so it was easy to use.

A daily morning and night cleanser, shared with my acne-prone son

In the morning I use Ceramine Carbonated Bubble Cleansing Foam lightly to clear away sebum and oil, and at night to wash off leftover makeup and the grime built up over the day. It seems like a daily foaming cleanser you can use without any worry.

My son has acne-prone skin, so he tried it with me, and he's been using it happily since it's gentle and doesn't leave his skin very tight afterward.
