Itaewon family restaurant with rib soup for kids: Nuri Maeul Gamjatang
Nuri Maeul Gamjatang Itaewon Branch is a 24-hour pork bone stew restaurant on the second floor right in front of Itaewon Station Exit 4 in Yongsan, Seoul. The order was a small pot of Nuri gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) for two, a special galbitang (beef rib soup) for the kids and two bowls of rice, and the small pot arrived packed with radish greens while the rib soup came in an earthenware bowl with rice included. Three bones per person came out tender with no gamey smell and the kids cleaned out the rib soup, so Nuri Maeul Gamjatang works for both a family meal and a late-night hangover cure.
