Gyukatsu set 4 for a family of three in Musil-dong, Wonju: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Wonju is a gyukatsu (Japanese-style breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the first floor of the Lotte Cinema building in Musil-dong, Wonju. A family of three ordered set 4 and yakisoba napolitan and grilled the beef themselves on the tabletop brazier, then added an extra gyukatsu after their sleepy, fussy child kept eating it. The gyukatsu topped with Isigny butter was the dish that stayed with them.
