Dangye-dong soup restaurant in Wonju: dak-gaejang and suyuk
Yukdaejang Dangye Musil-jeom is a yukgaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) specialist on the 2nd floor across from AK Plaza in Dangye-dong, Wonju, Gangwon. Lunch with mom and a younger brother covered dak-gaejang (spicy chicken soup), cha-dol brisket yukgaejang, brisket yukkal-myeon and suyuk (boiled sliced pork), and the clean, brisk broth left the side dishes untouched. Portions at Yukdaejang Dangye Musil-jeom were generous enough that three people shared one bowl of rice and still left full.
