Sushi Doku The Songdo is a sushi set restaurant on the 2nd floor of Onesta Mall in Songdo, Incheon. Arriving with family on a Saturday right at 17:00 when break time ended, we ordered two 10-piece premium sushi sets at 25,900 won each, brushed each piece with the restaurant's hygienic soy sauce brush, and worked through truffle chawanmushi, udon and tempura on the side. With ankimo (monkfish liver) and red shrimp among the ten pieces, Sushi Doku The Songdo is an easy recommendation for a sushi set in Songdo.
