All-you-can-eat shabu-shabu with shrimp tempura in Cheongna: Shabuway
Shabuway Ruwon City Cheongna Branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant on the 2nd floor of Ruwon Top Plaza in Ruwon City, Seo-gu, Incheon. Three adults visited on a weekend evening and dipped prime-grade beef chuck, thin-sliced beef belly and pork neck into two broths, one light and basic, the other deep and savoury, while the shrimp tempura was the highlight of the hotel-style salad bar. Shabuway runs with no break time on weekends and has parking in the mall basement and at Ace Tower, making it an easy choice for family meals or team dinners.
