Gwangju pork cutlet spot: spicy duo set with Shin Ramyun heat, Filling
Filling Donkatsu Yongbong Branch is a donkatsu (Korean pork cutlet) restaurant on the 2nd floor next to Gwangju Hyundai Hospital in Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, reportedly listed on Daedonyeojido, a nationwide map of top pork cutlet restaurants. On a weekday lunch, the writer and her mother shared the 2-person Spicy Duo Set (spicy onion katsu, spicy cheese katsu and a drink); the sauce was about as hot as Shin Ramyun, and the king-size cutlets were so big that the leftovers went home in free takeout containers. For two people who want to share spicy katsu, the Spicy Duo Set at Filling Donkatsu Yongbong Branch is a good fit.
