My partner and I went to Yeongjong Island over the weekend — she'd been asking to go back to Inspire in Yeongjong so many times because it's just so pretty. Before heading to Inspire Park, we wanted to load up on protein cheaply with some eel, so we visited an all-you-can-eat spot in Yeongjong that covers eel, beef, pork, and even chicken.

Where is Jangsodam Yeongjong Direct Store, and what are its hours?
📍 Jangsodam Eel & Beef Buffet, Yeongjong Direct Store, is at 18 Haneuljungang-ro 195beon-gil, Yeongjong-gu, Incheon, South Korea.
Hours: 11:00 – 23:00
- Groups and reservations welcome
- Free parking (3 hours supported)

Jangsodam is a premium all-you-can-eat place where you can enjoy eel, beef and pork across a variety of menus, and on Mondays you can focus on eel at around ₩20,000 per kg.

Parking at Jangsodam and what the dining room feels like
The building's basement parking supports up to 3 hours free, so it seemed easy to swing by for a gathering, or to park comfortably while running errands nearby in Yeongjong Sky City.
The dining room was huge with connected tables, which looked great for family groups, and since it's all-you-can-eat, it seemed like a good fit for all ages and tastes.

Jangsodam Sets A, B, C and D: what's in them and what they cost
The menu is split into Set A, B, C, and D. Set A includes eel, beef, pork and yukhoe; Set B has eel, tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties) and pork; Set C has beef, yukhoe and pork; and Set D has pork and dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken). Set A is ₩39,000, Set B is ₩34,000, Set C is ₩32,000, and Set D is ₩21,000 — really reasonable, letting you enjoy beef and eel together for around ₩39,000, or dakgalbi and pork all-you-can-eat for ₩21,000, so you can choose based on your budget and taste.
There were plenty of side dishes to add on, and we also ordered a special dish alongside drinks to make the meal even more filling. (Note: there's a fee for leftover food.)

The self-bar and ordering more meat at the kiosk
Basically, there's a buffet zone you can help yourself to freely, plus a pork/dakgalbi zone and a spot to cook up Han River-style ramyeon.

Pork, tteokgalbi and dakgalbi could all be grabbed easily from the self-bar, while eel and beef came with the basic table setting first, then had to be ordered further through the kiosk.

Good sides like sundae (Korean blood sausage), acorn jelly, pasta, tofu kimchi, rice balls and seasoned banchan (side dishes) were all set up, and you could order additional special dishes through the kiosk too.

There were drinks too — soda and plum tea, plus coffee and ice cream, so we could easily finish with dessert.

What arrives with Set A at 39,000 won
Since we wanted beef alongside the eel, we ordered Set A at ₩39,000 per person. Soy-marinated and spicy crab, woo-samgyeop, galbisal, tosisal, buchaesal, sirloin and yukhoe all came out with the eel — and the yukhoe was surprisingly not frozen, but soft and mildly seasoned, which made it really tasty.

Getting crab too made the meal even more filling — the spicy soy crab especially had a strong garlicky kick, which paired nicely alternating with bites of meat.

Two whole Japonica freshwater eels on the grill
The eel was plump and big — a proper Japonica freshwater eel — and we got two whole ones, which alone felt like we'd gotten our money's worth. Dipped in teriyaki sauce with sliced ginger, the eel was clean-tasting and savory, so good. The beef was also plentiful and varied with great quality, so if you visit Jangsodam, I'd definitely recommend going with Set A! (One small downside — the basic portions are so generous we didn't even get to the ramyeon.)
How long do you get to eat at Jangsodam?
If you're only doing pork, you get 100 minutes, but with eel included you get a leisurely 2 hours — great if you've got growing kids with big appetites at home.
With rice balls and ramyeon also on offer, it was a great meal for properly loading up on protein. If you're in Yeongjong looking for a meat buffet good for gatherings, with everything from beef to eel all-you-can-eat and quality meat, I'd recommend "Jangsodam Yeongjong Direct Store."
