Seongnam eel restaurant for crisp salt-grilled eel: Mansuheon
Mansuheon Jeongja is a grilled eel restaurant in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. After a 15-hour flight, I finished low-temperature-aged Japanese eel with buckwheat goldongmyeon for 13,000 won. Verdict: the plump, chewy eel and polished space made me want to return.
