Busan restaurant with sous vide steak and spicy pasta: Panna
Panna Seomyeon Main Branch is an Italian restaurant in Busanjin, Busan. My family shared a 26,000-won sous vide flat iron steak, 16,000-won pollack roe shrimp oil pasta, and 16,000-won bacon rosé ragù pasta, each with a different flavor and heat level. Verdict: the steak and pollack roe shrimp oil pasta were my favorites.
