Eyewear shop in Ilgwang, Gijang: double-aspheric lenses at Barabon

Barabon Glasses Ilgwang New City Branch is an eyewear shop in Ilgwang New City, Gijang-gun, Busan, carrying house-brand frames such as Nine Accord, Ironic Iconic and Rimrock along with Lenzme color contact lenses. Double-aspheric lenses were made to suit a thin frame, with the optician handling everything from the eye exam to the compression level. The double-aspheric lenses took 1 day to make, but the finished glasses felt light and comfortable to wear.

Gijang outlet restaurant with stroller-friendly sofa seats: Bueokgan

Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a Western restaurant at the far end of the 1st floor of the Gijang outlet mall, right next to the Wine Cave. Wide spacing between tables, wall-side sofa seats and baby chairs meant a stroller could roll straight in for a family meal of seafood tomato pasta, jambon pizza and kung pao chicken pilaf. Even the writer's mother, who rarely enjoys Western food, cleared her plate — the quality at Bueokgan is well above the usual outlet mall restaurant.
