Weekday lunch date tonkatsu in Dangha-dong, wasabi-salt katsu: HOKATSU
HOKATSU is a yogurt-aged tonkatsu restaurant on the first floor of the Holy Land building in Dangha-dong, Geomdan, Incheon. A married couple arrived after the weekday lunch rush and ordered the favorite katsu (choiae-katsu, 16,000 won) and the tenderloin katsu, along with the handmade yogurt served before the meal and side dishes from the self-bar. The tenderloin katsu tasted best with wasabi and salt, and the husband, who holds tonkatsu to a strict standard, said he already wants to come back.
