Today I'm introducing a real gem I found after playing a fun round of squash with a friend in Yangsan! 😆 The original branch is on Dalmaji-gil in Busan, and I already loved it there, so when I heard there was one in Yangsan too, I ran right over!
Bueokgan Restaurant (부엌간레스토랑) Oslo Park branch has a great atmosphere and great food, and it's totally trending as a date course in Yangsan! I really had to admit this is a proper brunch café and restaurant near Pusan National University Hospital Yangsan 💖

Next, the sweet potato fries we had as an appetizer! 🍟 The sweet, nutty smell the moment they hit the table was crazy, and they looked so appetizing.

Abalone cream risotto at Bueokgan: 200% reorder
My number one pick at Bueokgan Restaurant was the abalone cream risotto! I don't know the secret, maybe they dry the abalone slightly, but the texture was much chewier than I usually get and I loved it, and there was really a generous amount of abalone!
It goes perfectly with the rich, nutty cream sauce, ㅠㅠ. Even if I come to Bueokgan Restaurant again, I'll definitely order this again. And the fried enoki mushrooms prettily placed on top were a total masterstroke! You can really feel the chef's care in every dish at this brunch café near Pusan National University Hospital Yangsan!

Bueokgan's arugula prosciutto pizza is a fresh, tangy pizza generously topped with arugula. And finally, the grand arugula prosciutto pizza! The arugula on top was really fresh and piled on generously, so it was so refreshing and delicious.
The pleasant saltiness of the prosciutto with the fresh arugula is a perfect match! A tasty slice of pizza plus a pretty space made it a truly perfect Yangsan date. 🥰
