Sintanjin barley rice restaurant Baengnyeon Boribap: siraegi bone soup
Baengnyeon Boribap is an all-you-can-eat barley rice Korean set-meal restaurant on Sintanjin-ro in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon. To skip the lunch queue, the writer arrived for the first dinner seating right after the 15:00–17:00 break and ordered the new siraegi (dried radish greens) pork bone soup with barley rice and stir-fried pork set plus the aged kimchi cheonggukjang with barley rice and mackerel set at 14,500 won each, then filled a bowl with more than ten namul side dishes from the self-serve bar. Baengnyeon Boribap is an easy, good-value Korean restaurant for family gatherings or group dinners.
