Suwon restaurant for carbonara and apricot milk tea: Nonchalant Lounge
Nonchalant Lounge is a Western restaurant in Suwon, Gyeonggi, serving pasta and steak platters. I visited with a friend and finished the classic carbonara, iced apricot milk tea, ricotta cheese salad, and chuck flap steak platter without leaving a bite. Verdict: a Haenggung-dong restaurant already on my return list.
