Oak-fired pizza and tomato seafood spaghetti in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan
Napoli Shinbu is a wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant on Sinbu-dong Culture Street in Cheonan, Chungnam. On a weekday evening visit with a friend, Napoli Shinbu served pizza baked in its oak-burning hearth alongside tomato seafood spaghetti, in a dining room with the hearth at its center, roomy spacing between tables, and hair ties set out next to the utensil holder. Alternating bites of chewy dough and spicy seafood tomato sauce was the best part of the meal at Napoli Shinbu.
