Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Hanam Misa Branch: hours and how to get there
Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Hanam Misa Branch (한마음정육식당 하남미사점) is open daily 11:30–22:00, with last order at 21:00. From Exit 4 of Misa Station, just walk straight for about 5 minutes and you're there. I hadn't been out in Hanam for a while, and of course there were lots of new restaurants. I went to the hot one, Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang.

How many hours of free parking are there?
Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Hanam Misa Branch offers free parking in the building for up to 2 hours 30 minutes. That makes it easy to take a walk in Misa Gyeongjeong Park after your meal.

The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the Misa Gangbyeon Obelisk building.

There's also a good range of lunch specials, so it would be a nice option at lunchtime too.

The Geomdansan view from outside the restaurant
Right as I got near the entrance, the view was so good that I stopped to enjoy it first before going in. It was a very clear day, and I could see all the way to Geomdansan far in the distance.

What is 144-hour aged meat?
Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang says it was the first in Korea to be certified for the aging technology of Germany's moguntia food group, and that it ages its meat for 144 hours at 2℃ for rich juiciness and top flavor.
Inside Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Hanam Misa Branch and the kids' zone
The inside is pleasant and much bigger than I expected. Besides the main hall there are private rooms too, so it looks good for company dinners and group gatherings.
The kids' zone is surprisingly huge, wow! While the little ones run around happily, parents can check on the playroom with the order tablet at the table. I'd never seen a system like this before. I want to bring my niece here..

Half-pig (500g) for two: what does it cost?
We visited as a party of two and ordered the half-pig (500g) for ₩42,500. They say Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang has built its own logistics and distribution network with self-delivery nationwide, so you can enjoy good-quality meat at a relatively low price!
What are the side dishes like?

The side dishes are generous and neatly presented. From 3 servings, they even bring grilled mackerel as a side *0* The reviews say it's famous for its mackerel, but the two of us were too full to order any extra meat.. The more people you bring, the better this place gets.
And you can have these generous side dishes unlimited at the self-serve corner.

Mukbap-style acorn jelly soup, japchae and pa-chae jjolmyeon
The sides that feel like mains are the muk-sabal (chilled acorn jelly soup), japchae (glass noodle stir-fry) and pa-chae jjolmyeon (spicy chewy noodles with shredded scallion). Is this place a jjolmyeon specialist? I'd never seen jjolmyeon added to scallion salad, so it felt novel, and the sweet-and-sour flavor went so well with the meat that I especially enjoyed it.

How was the aged pork belly?
I've had plenty of aged meat, but I'd never seen a shimmer on top of the meat before. Just from looking, the meat at Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang looks really fresh.

They use high-quality charcoal, so there are no flying ashes at all and the meat cooks up beautifully in no time. The ratio of lean meat to fat in the pork belly is golden. You can feel how springy it is as you cut it.

Even one bite makes the difference in texture and flavor clear.

The grill marks that form as it cooks make your mouth water.
Free doenjang stew and doenjang sulbap
At Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang you can simmer doenjang stew (soybean paste stew) right beside the meat while you grill.

It's free, and they even refill the broth, and how can it be so packed with ingredients? My boyfriend said the stew was so good that he even made doenjang sulbap (a rice bowl with the stew).
Most of the other customers came with kids, so word must already be out in Hanam's mom cafés. Warm service in a parent's spirit and food made with lots of care were impressive. I'd say my intention to return is 500%: that was Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Hanam Misa Branch.
