Haenyeo Sotbap Suseong Direct Store is a Korean restaurant on Cheongsu-ro near Suseong Lake in Daegu, built around sotbap (rice cooked and served in a stone pot). Arriving right at the 11:30 opening to skip the weekend line, the writer and her mother shared eel sotbap and abalone sotbap at 23,000 won each, plus butter abalone from a review event. With parking down to B2, a wide hall, free refills of acorn jelly and cucumber, and a pomegranate smoothie at the end, Haenyeo Sotbap is an easy place to bring a parent for lunch.
