Serving robot and unlimited barley gangjeong: Cafe Dongi, Daegu

Cafe Dongi Dongseong-ro Main Branch is a Korean set-meal restaurant on Dongseong-ro 3-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu, where a meal in the ₩10,000s comes with an array of side dishes plus unlimited fried eggs, five-grain rice and barley gangjeong (puffed barley candy). Over a lunchtime visit the writer ate spicy baby octopus with fluffy rice and, for the first time, watched a serving robot deliver the food to the table. With a wide, comfortable dining room and a well-stocked self-serve bar, Cafe Dongi is an easy recommendation for office workers after a good-value Dongseong-ro lunch.
