Gogi 9dan Chimsan Direct Branch is a beef grill restaurant on the main road in Chimsan-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu, with its own parking lot. After watching the owner trim the meat at the open kitchen by the entrance, the writer ordered a 600g raw short rib platter plus the 9dan set, which added yukhoe (beef tartare), jjolmyeon (spicy chewy noodles) and kimchi jjigae. Between the marbling on the ribs, seven side dishes and a dessert corner with Starbucks beans, Gogi 9dan is an easy recommendation for beef in Chimsan-dong.
