Director Taerim took the layered perm booking and, during the consultation, the usual C-curl was switched to an S-curl, with a clinic treatment added while the hair was softening. A first-visit 30% discount off the whole menu made the higher-tier clinic affordable, and the finished layered S-curl was a complete success.
