Simhaksan Deulkkot Ssambap is a ssambap (leaf-wrap rice) and set-menu Korean restaurant on Dolgoji-gil in Paju, Gyeonggi. After stopping at Simhaksan Yakcheonsa temple and the Paju outlets, this Saturday 6pm dinner was the 20,000 won deuljeongsik set: stir-fried pork, stir-fried squid, doenjang stew, gangdoenjang and stone-pot rice, with wrap vegetables picked from a self-serve bar. Smoky pork, squid-packed stir-fry and crispy nurungji (scorched rice) at the end made Simhaksan Deulkkot Ssambap a filling homestyle meal.
