Neopttakjip Samsong Branch is a briquette-charcoal pork BBQ restaurant about 100m from Samsong Station Exit 3 in Goyang, Gyeonggi. A couple dining without their kids ordered the mixed grill 600g plus grilled vegetables set for two — pork neck, belly, hayansal and kkodeulsal — with black bean and river snail doenjang stew on the side. Picking through four cuts with real charcoal smokiness made for a satisfying dinner, but the lot at Neopttakjip Samsong Branch fits only about one car.
