Hanam Misa ramen restaurant with an extra broth add-on: Menji
Menji Hanam Misa Branch is a ramen restaurant on the ground floor of a residential building in Misa, Hanam, Gyeonggi, serving house-made whole-wheat fresh noodles. Ahead of an October trip to Japan, the writer and her partner came to preview ramen flavors and ordered tori paitan ramen with extra broth and extra menma (seasoned bamboo shoots), kara tantanmen, and handmade pork loin tonkatsu. The milky chicken broth, simmered long for deep savory flavor, was the highlight, and small touches like hair ties and a wireless charging stand made Menji memorable.
