Salmon and poached egg on sourdough: the open sandwich

❣️ Creamy salmon poached egg Benedict ₩13,500 ❣️ It's an open-faced sandwich on house-made sourdough bread topped with salmon, vegetables, and a poached egg.

Popping the poached egg and letting it spill gently over the sandwich made it moist and savory. The soft salmon was topped with a fresh, tangy sauce, and it was genuinely delicious! 💕 The café is so pretty and the sandwich was so good that my friend and I already decided to come back and try the pasta and other sandwiches next time! Hahaha 😙
