Yeonnam-dong bakery: last cucumber baguette of the day, Mandong Jegwa
Mandong Jegwa Yeonnam Branch is a takeout-only bakery at 32 Yeonhui-ro in Seodaemun, Seoul, near Yeonnam-dong. On the way back from a café in Hongdae, one taste sample of the cucumber baguette led to an unplanned takeout of four breads: cucumber baguette, cappuccino, red bean cream, and eongdeongi. Of the four, the cucumber baguette won, with crunchy pickled cucumber running through it.
