T Coffee is a quiet basement café in Seongsu, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Seongsu Station Exit 2 at 159 Achasan-ro. Stopping in alone while waiting for a friend, I ordered cold brew and cheesecake: the cheesecake was pudding-soft on top with a gentle vanilla bean aroma, and the cold brew had a dark chocolate bitterness with no heavy aftertaste. T Coffee is calm enough that a planned blog-writing session turned into quiet zoning out, and it is emptiest on weekdays after 3pm.
