NMN powder sticks, tasted plain and in water: Laravita NMN 1 g
In short
Laravita NMN 1 g Powder Stick Pack is an NMN powder supplement I tried in Korea. I tasted it directly and mixed it with water; the fine, sweet-tart powder was easy for me to take, though this was not a record of health changes or long-term use.

After turning 30, I wanted to take better care of my health. This time, I received Laravita NMN Powder Stick Pack to try. I directly compared its taste and texture as a powder, as well as the difference between ways of taking it.

What did I look at when choosing the product?
As I became more interested in health management, I had been looking at Laravita products. Rather than just looking at the name, I wanted to check what ingredients it used and what the content was.

In the product information, I saw that it uses 100% UTHEVER ingredient. The descriptions of the EBM enzyme biosynthesis extraction method and active beta NMN also caught my attention as I looked at the product.

What were the taste and swallowability like when taken as powder?
Since this was a product I was trying for the first time, it was important to me that it be easy to take. Laravita's powder particles were fine, so I did not feel the same burden of swallowing that I do with capsules.

Rather than letting it dissolve under my tongue, I preferred pouring it directly onto my tongue.

The taste reminded me of the vitamin C I commonly take. It seemed less sour, though, and the fine particles made it less burdensome to eat as powder. I usually prefer pills to powder because I dislike residue left in my mouth, but this was convenient because I could tear open a stick and take it right away.
How did the taste change when mixed with water?
It was sweet and tart when I ate the powder directly, but when mixed with water, I could barely taste it. Mixing it into yogurt or juice was also suggested, but I found it tasty enough on its own.

What were the storage guidance and my actual storage spot like?
The product information said refrigeration is recommended. Because the weather was dry and cold at the time, I personally thought room temperature would probably be fine and kept it in one corner of my kitchen. This was not an experience confirming whether room-temperature storage is appropriate.

I tore open the top of the box so I could take out the sticks, and kept them in the box. Even on busy mornings, it was easy to reach for one and take it right away.

What stood out most after trying it?
What stood out most was being able to take the fine powder directly from a stick pack. It made me want to keep taking it as part of my health routine, but I did not record a specific intake period or any bodily changes in this post.
