Goseong pork galbi restaurant with private rooms: Yongchon Gogi-jip

Yongchon Gogi-jip is a pork galbi (pork rib) restaurant in Toseong-myeon, Goseong, Gangwon, where whole racks are bought in and hand-filleted in the kitchen instead of arriving pre-cut. A family of six reserved a wall-partitioned room for a weekday lunch at 12:30 and ordered three servings each of hand-filleted fresh galbi and seasoned galbi (250g for 18,000 won each), plus kimchi jjigae at 10,000 won and pollock hoe naengmyeon at 6,000 won. The highlight at Yongchon Gogi-jip was the sweet-salty seasoned pork galbi, piled with meat and almost no pooled marinade.
