Spicy fern sundae-guk at Sinjuokmi, a Suwan District restaurant
Sinjuokmi Suwan District branch is a Korean restaurant in the Suwan District of Gwangsan, Gwangju, serving sundae-guk (blood sausage soup), special restorative dishes and homemade sundae (Korean blood sausage). At lunch the order was the special spicy fern sundae-guk and a half plate of homemade assorted sundae, which came with a deep, spicy broth and a generous pile of innards and sausage. For a spicy, full-bodied broth and homemade sundae with no off smell, Sinjuokmi makes a satisfying meal.
