Gyukatsu set lunch at a Seoul Square restaurant: Furato Shokudo
Furato Shokudo Seoul Square Direct Store is a gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on basement level 1 of Seoul Square, linked underground to Seoul Station. Visiting with her mom around 2pm, the writer ordered a combo of the gyukatsu set, the steki (beef steak) set and two drinks, then grilled each piece on a mini tabletop brazier, and adding butter turned out to be the biggest kick. Both the gyukatsu and the steki tasted best seared only on the outside, so Furato Shokudo is a certain return visit.
