Busan shabu kalguksu with a glass-walled noodle room: Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a house-made noodle shabu kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup) restaurant in Daerim Munhyeon City Plaza in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, where the noodle-making room is fully visible behind a glass wall. The writer watched the noodles being made, then ordered shabu kalguksu for two with a 140g sirloin add-on and ate it as a meat, noodle and fried rice course, refilling the self-bar of domestic napa cabbage kimchi. Between the noodles and the fried rice, Yunujae has become a regular spot with too many return visits to count.
