Gimhae pork BBQ on Yulha Café Street: cream risotto at Anmin Yulha
Anmin Yulha is a whole-pig BBQ restaurant on Yulha Café Street in Gimhae, Gyeongnam, where staff grill the meat at your table. The order was the 450g half-pig set with white fried rice (cream risotto) for dessert, eaten with pine flower salt, hairtail jeotgal and fish sauce, plus honeycomb pork skin. The pork neck, served at 90 percent doneness, was especially tender, and Anmin Yulha was easy to visit with a baby.
