Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap is a Korean restaurant in a Chinatown alley near Busan Station in Dong-gu, Busan, serving both milmyeon (chilled wheat noodles) and dwaeji gukbap (pork soup with rice) under one roof. On a weekday evening after a run, the writer and her dad shared suyuk baekban (boiled pork meal set), dwaeji gukbap and a beer, and the milky broth had no gamey smell while the thick suyuk had a good lean-to-fat ratio.
