Kids’ pocket jelly for picky eaters: Vetuki Super K
In short
Vetuki Super K is a shine muscat-flavored pocket jelly supplement for growing children in Korea. My picky elementary-school daughter enjoyed the flavor and it was easy to pack in her academy snack bag. Verdict: a good fit for children who leave supplements unfinished because of the taste.

Why I chose pocket jelly for a picky eater
This is marketed as a growth supplement, and my child is on the smaller side compared with her peers. On top of that, she is such a picky eater that she does not readily eat just anything; I had bought several supplements, but she would not take them well. This one came as shine muscat-flavored pocket jelly, so I thought it might be easy for her to take without feeling burdened, and ordered it with high hopes.

Vitamin K, vitamin D, and the manufacturing-date listing
Vetuki Super K contains vitamin K and vitamin D, just as its name suggests. In particular, I liked that one pouch is presented as providing 250% of the daily nutrient value for vitamin D. Vitamin K is also listed at 43% of the daily recommended amount, so it seemed like a product well suited to supporting bone growth in growing children. Oh! One thoughtful thing I noticed when buying it on the website was that the product manufacturing date was shown at the top of the purchase page. It is a product made by a pharmacist with a mother's heart, so the attention to detail really feels different.

The rabbit on the packaging box is so cute, too. Super rabbit~~ haha. It seems just right for kids who like cute things. Some children's supplements are made indiscriminately sweet to suit their tastes, which can make you worry about high sugar, but I liked that this product has only 2% sugar.

One-bite pocket jelly and its flavor
Super K is said to be made to focus on caring for children's bone health! It is said to use high-purity vitamins from the United States and the Netherlands, and to contain 1,000 mg of arginine as an additional ingredient. Arginine is actually such a good nutrient that I would give it separately, so I liked it even more. Inside the box, it comes in this pocket-jelly format. It is not large, so it is small enough to slurp down in one bite.

Since it is shine muscat flavored, I thought it would be green, but it is actually purple. As soon as I opened the pouch, a fresh grape scent burst out and made me want to eat it. Before giving one to my child, I tried one myself, and it was just like eating a sweet-and-tangy grape jelly with no unpleasantness at all.
When you squeeze it out, it is this jiggly, easy-to-slurp jelly.

My elementary-school daughter’s real reaction
I quickly gave one to my daughter when she came home from school. Since she really cares about the taste of supplements, I was worried about how she would react, but thankfully it suited her palate and she said it was delicious. She popped it into her mouth and chewed it all up in one go. Haha. By the way, this GIF photo;; I do not know how to rotate it sideways lol.

It is one-bite sized, easy to eat, and tasty—Vetuki Super K is a growth supplement my child will hopefully keep taking well from now on! Every pouch has its expiration date printed on it, so it is also easy to keep track of the product's expiration date.

The days I packed it in her academy snack bag
This year, my child moved up to the higher grades, and since I am working too, I filled her afternoon schedule with academies. Lately, I could see that she was really struggling physically. I worried about her health and stamina, but packing one supplement in her snack bag each day made me feel much more reassured. We actually have a pile of children's supplements at home, but most days she brings the others back untouched even when I pack them. With Vetuki Super K, there are even times when she eats only this and none of her other snacks.

I especially like that Vetuki Super K does not contain D-sorbitol, which is often found in other supplements and sweet children's snacks. I have heard that D-sorbitol can cause stomachaches, so children with sensitive stomachs should avoid it. (But really, it is in almost everything. T_T)
It also does not contain sodium caseinate or aspartame, so it truly feels like a reassuring product. If you are looking for a growth supplement with good ingredients, I definitely recommend Vetuki Super K. If you are 고민 over children's supplements, I think it would be good to let them try it. I hope my child keeps taking it consistently, grows taller, and gains more stamina too. ^^
