How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

My skin is oily, but I often feel tightness beneath the surface after cleansing. After cleansing with this product, it felt as though more moisture remained than on days when my skin felt dry unless I applied lotion right away.

The product is described as a vegan cleansing balm made with natural Jirisan charcoal and containing 10,000 ppm charcoal. According to the original post, it highlights a formula excluding 23 ingredients of concern, along with several naturally derived moisturizing ingredients.

How did I use the cleansing balm?

I used the spatula attached to the top of the lid to scoop out an appropriate amount. It recommends about one-third of the spatula on days when I wore sunscreen or light makeup, and about one-half on days when I wore heavier makeup.

I gently rolled it over my entire face for about 30 seconds, then added water to emulsify it. I rolled a little more gently over the T-zone, where blackheads and whiteheads tend to bother me.

What was different from my usual cleansing oil?

I used to have a habit of rubbing cleansing oil vigorously, but this is a balm formula that melts with body heat, so I tried to roll it gently rather than apply force. It was also convenient for me that I could cut down on a separate blackhead and whitehead care step after cleansing.
