Daejeon gopchang restaurant with chilled kimchi noodles: Uhwa Gopchang
Uhwa Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled beef intestines) restaurant in Seo-gu, Daejeon. I shared a three-serving assorted platter, flying-fish-roe fried rice, and chilled kimchi noodles with my senior coworkers, and loved the staff’s grilling help and grilled green-onion kimchi. Verdict: a filling, good-value gopchang meal I’d happily return for.
