Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Injeolmi Soy Milk Powder is an instant soy milk mix made with 100% natural ingredients and 100% Korean soybeans, flavored like injeolmi (sweet roasted-soybean rice cake). Two scoops in 180g of water, stirred with only a fork, dissolved right away, and an injeolmi latte made with milk came out smooth after a little more stirring.
