Injeolmi soy milk powder that dissolves with a fork: Garuseonsaeng Seoritae
In short
Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Injeolmi Soy Milk Powder is an instant soy milk mix made with 100% natural ingredients and 100% Korean soybeans, flavored like injeolmi (sweet roasted-soybean rice cake). Two scoops in 180g of water, stirred with only a fork, dissolved right away, and an injeolmi latte made with milk came out smooth after a little more stirring. Even in plain water the drink tasted rich and nutty rather than watery, so it works as a kids' snack too.

Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Injeolmi Soy Milk, an injeolmi (sweet rice cake) powder kids' snack. Words and photos ⓒ Gaeng-i
TMI: Gaeng-i here, and I'm a total latte person!!!!! I especially drink a lot of grain drinks like ogokk latte or misugaru (roasted grain powder). While looking around, I discovered Garuseonsaeng Seoritae, a brand with tasty, healthy soy milk powder, and tried their Injeolmi Soy Milk as a latte. It was so rich and delicious I could only gasp... Here's my honest review of the genuinely delicious Injeolmi Soy Milk. Let's go.
What is Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Injeolmi Soy Milk Powder?
Garuseonsaeng Seoritae is a brand that makes protein-based convenience foods using 100% natural ingredients! I'd actually seen their seoritae (black soybean) soy milk before, so it felt familiar right away.

As mentioned above, since they use only 100% natural ingredients, trust goes straight through the roof! When making an injeolmi latte kids' snack, you just add about 2 scoops with the included spoon and mix with water — it might be the simplest protein soy milk out there!

It's made with 100% Korean soybeans, and apparently fans of kongguksu (cold soybean noodle soup) broth are especially repeat buyers of this Garuseonsaeng Seoritae injeolmi soy milk,

The particles are ground really fine, so at a glance it looked easy to make and eat. It felt a bit heavier than misugaru, and the moment I opened it, that nutty injeolmi powder scent came wafting out... I honestly wanted to just pour it straight into my mouth :)
2 scoops in 180g of water: does it dissolve with just a fork?
I put 2 scoops of the Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Injeolmi Soy Milk powder and 180g of water together and stirred it with a regular fork you'd find in any home. Since it claims to be super simple, I tested right away whether it really works with just one cup of water. I didn't have a teaspoon, so I just grabbed the fork sitting in front of me and stirred away!

Wow!!! It really dissolves right into the water haha. Genuinely surprising. I used to have to shake those long misugaru tumblers super hard every time to mix the powder in, but this dissolved so easily!!!!! So cool.
Honestly, since I'm more of a milk person, I was a little worried plain water might taste watery or disappointing, but I didn't need to worry at.all. It's genuinely rich! In fact, you could probably use just about 1.5 scoops, or 200g of water, and it'd still taste plenty good. Because it's a raw soy milk powder that turns into actual soy milk instantly, even mixed with water you get that deep, rich flavor!

How was the injeolmi latte made with milk?
Still, being a latte person, I made another cup at home with milk :) Pouring it into the glass, that nutty roasted soybean powder smell was incredible~ I just stirred it right into the milk too.

Milk took a little longer to dissolve than water, but after taking that photo I kept stirring and it fully dissolved into a true injeolmi latte!! The smell was so good I drank it right away ㅠㅠ
Using Garuseonsaeng Seoritae injeolmi soy milk as a kids' snack or dessert
I think this would be amazing sprinkled on chapssaltteok (sweet rice cakes), plain white rice cakes, or patbingsu (red bean shaved ice) — easily the best injeolmi powder I've tried. It'd be great for kids' snacks too, or for dipping rice cakes into. Ah, my head is just full of injeolmi dessert ideas right now, there are so many things to pair it with, I'm really satisfied..♥

On top of that, you get a good amount of protein in one go, which makes it an even better snack, don't you think!
Made with 100% natural ingredients and not a hint of artificial flavor, Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Injeolmi Soy Milk is one I'd repurchase the moment I finish it — a strongly recommended injeolmi soy bean powder from where I stand!
