How did I use the cleansing balm?

This was my first time using a cleansing balm. I usually used cleansing water followed by cleansing foam, but cotton pads seemed as though they might irritate my skin, so this time I switched to cleansing balm followed by cleansing foam.

Using the spatula, I scooped out the balm and gently rolled it over my face for about 30 seconds. The balm melted into an oil-like texture when it met my body heat; after adding water to emulsify it, I rolled it in thoroughly and lightly finished with a gentle cleansing foam.

How much should you scoop out depending on your makeup?

According to the original product guidance, use about one-third of the spatula for light makeup and about one-half for heavier makeup.

What were the container and texture like?

It came with a black case and the product itself, with a protective plastic cover inside when opened. The spatula could be stored in the slot at the top of the lid. The balm texture felt soft.
