Spicy shoyu vs tonkotsu ramen at City Hall Station Exit 10: Mentsuru
Mentsuru City Hall Branch is a ramen restaurant in Jung-gu, Seoul, a short straight walk from Exit 10 of City Hall Station. Ordering at the kiosk, the writer had spicy shoyu ramen, tonkotsu ramen and a mini rice bowl, and the sharp, clean heat of the spicy shoyu ramen was the most memorable of the three. Mentsuru is not especially cheap for a ramen shop, but the easy location makes it a good meal before or after plans downtown.
