Boulangerie Tan, Hyundai Department Store KINTEX is a bakery on the basement 1 food floor of Hyundai Department Store in Goyang, Gyeonggi, a branch of the popular Unjeong Chorongkkot Village original. This visit tried all four cornet pie flavors — vanilla, caramel, raspberry matcha, and pistachio — plus a sweet pumpkin cream cheese campagne, and the cornet pie turned out to be a firm, crisp pastry shell packed with sweet cream rather than a flaky pastry. The cream runs quite sweet so it pairs well with coffee or tea, and the lineup also makes a decent gift set.
