This Hongdae soufflé café is a 4-minute walk from Exit 7 of Hongik Univ. Station. It's not far from the station, which makes it an easy place to visit! Parking isn't possible, though, so I'd recommend a nearby paid lot or public transport.

What kind of café is Think Fruit, and what's the atmosphere?
Think Fruit is a premium fruit-focused dessert and brunch café that uses seasonal fruit for tasty, healthy menu items. Fruit desserts have a different charm every season, so you end up looking forward to what will show up next.

Inside, the café felt clean and calm overall. With its floor-to-ceiling windows letting the sun in, a window seat looked like a great spot to enjoy dessert at leisure. It's a nice café for chatting with a friend or taking a break with sweet desserts and drinks!

Think Fruit's soufflé menu and what I ordered
The signature item is the strawberry soufflé! Soufflé flavors include strawberry, strawberry chocolate, Shine Muscat, peach, fig and more. The peach soufflé was limited to 10 servings and it was its last day on sale, but by the time I came it was sold out, so I couldn't try it. Instead I ordered the fig soufflé and a toffee nut cream milk.

Figs and strawberries were kept in the display case, with dates written on them, and they looked freshly and carefully handled.

How does Think Fruit's fig soufflé taste, and how big is it?
The soufflé is made as soon as you order, and it took over 30 minutes. That's a bit of a wait, but a dessert made fresh after ordering made me even more excited. The fig soufflé looked appetizing from the start: a warm, fluffy soufflé topped with soft cream and sweet figs. Eating it with the cold ice cream on the side, the combination of warm soufflé and cold ice cream was really good.

The soft texture of the first bite was lovely, and I was happy with how all the ingredients worked together. Best of all, the portion is surprisingly big, so if you eat it alone it feels filling enough to be a meal replacement! If you love sweet desserts or want to try an unusual fruit soufflé, it's worth ordering at least once.

What does the toffee nut cream milk taste like?
The toffee nut cream milk I ordered with the fig soufflé was a sweet, nutty latte topped with walnuts, which added a nice chew and texture. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes sweet drinks.
Overall verdict on Think Fruit
Think Fruit is a Hongdae dessert café I found near Hongdae. The fig soufflé was warm and fluffy, and the soft cream, sweet figs and ice cream went together well, so I enjoyed it. The portion was generous enough to work as a meal, and I was sad to miss the peach, but strawberry season is coming soon, so I want to come back for the strawberry soufflé.
When you want a fruit dessert or a soufflé in Hongdae, I recommend Think Fruit, a Hongdae dessert café close to Hongik Univ. Station!
