Charcoal pork ribs in Gwangju, Gyeonggi: Jeongwon Galbi
Jeongwon Galbi Gyeonggi Gwangju Branch is a grilled-meat restaurant in Gwangju, Gyeonggi, serving handmade Korean pork ribs over charcoal. After a short wait, I enjoyed marinated crab side dishes, doenjang-jjigae, and steamed egg across its spacious two-floor dining room. Verdict: the not-too-sweet ribs and generous self-service bar were especially good.
