Euljiro ramen restaurant, no-wait Sunday solo motsu ramen: Mentsuru
Mentsuru Euljiro Branch is a ramen restaurant between Euljiro3(sam)-ga and Chungmuro stations in Jung-gu, Seoul, where the signature bowl is motsu ramen made with beef tripe and thin-sliced beef brisket. Walking in at 8:20pm on a Sunday meant no wait at all, and a solo dinner of motsu ramen at 15,000 won plus homemade karaage at 7,000 won came with a free peach iced tea from the Naver receipt review event. The broth at Mentsuru leans salty, but the tripe is piled on so generously that one bowl makes a filling meal for one.
