Mansong-ro dakgalbi restaurant in Yangju: Seorak Makguksu dinner
Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi Yangju Branch is a charcoal dakgalbi (grilled chicken) restaurant on Mansong-ro in Yangju, Gyeonggi, near Lakewood CC. After a first visit with a friend in summer, the writer returned on a weekday evening with her mom and ordered 4 servings of charcoal dakgalbi and 2 servings of makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles), all pre-seared in the kitchen and then finished tableside by the staff. The smoky chicken thigh paired with the tangy-sweet noodles made Seorak Makguksu a place worth a third visit.
