Cheongwon Restaurant: Cooking Budae-jjigae, Cheonan Dujeong Main Branch is a Songtan-style budae-jjigae (army stew) restaurant on Dujeongsanga 4-gil in Seobuk-gu, Cheonan. Arriving after dinner hours during a trip through Cheonan, the writer ordered the Songtan budae-jjigae with two slices of cheese and beef brisket added, then took unlimited rice and ramyeon noodles from the self-serve bar. Even with double cheese, the broth at Cheongwon stayed clean rather than heavy, and the pot was scraped to the bottom.
