Daegueunhaeng Station burgers before a Lions Park game: Downtown

On a weekend before heading to the Lions ballpark in Suseong, I had lunch at Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage, and the handmade burgers were great! The atmosphere was lovely, the burger menu is varied, and both my kid and the adults left happy. It's a great spot near Daegueunhaeng Station, and I'd recommend burgers for a date, too!

Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage is on the ground floor of the shops in the Believe Heritage apartment complex in Suseong, Daegu. It's open daily 11:00–21:00, with last order at 20:00.

What's the atmosphere like at Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage?

There were plenty of table seats inside. We came a little after the lunch rush, so it was quiet and we could eat in a relaxed way, which was nice.

The shop itself is so clean and pretty that even casual snaps came out beautifully.

So for a place near Daegueunhaeng Station, or a date in Daegu, I recommend these tasty handmade burgers!

The order zone is at the entrance, and both pickup and clearing up are self-service.

You order at the kiosk at the entrance. There's also a menu board you can read at a glance.

Cooking starts as soon as you order, so it can take a little while to come out. In return, you really get the charm of a freshly grilled handmade burger.

With sets, sides, single burgers, drinks, sauces and even draft beer, it's a spot near Daegueunhaeng Station with a wide menu to try.

At Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage, we ordered the Double Cheese Truffle set, a Bulgogi Smash Burger, a cheeseburger and cheese fries 🩷

These Downtown handmade burgers were so generous they filled the holders.

With the original fries from the set and the cheese fries my kid picked, it was a very hearty spread.

How did the Downtown handmade burgers taste?

Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage lets you properly enjoy a variety of freshly grilled handmade burgers full of grill aroma. The savory smell hit before I even took a bite, and I couldn't wait to dig in.

First, the Double Cheese Truffle set, with two kinds of cheese.

The cheeseburger, with salty cheese on a well-grilled patty, is an American-style burger and the flavor was amazing! I absolutely loved it.

The Bulgogi Smash Burger was full of grilled, smoky flavor and suits Korean tastes without any trouble!

Drinks and cheese fries

For the cola in the set, you get your own ice and drink and serve yourself, so it's easy to enjoy plenty.

The thick fries come with cheese sauce, so the cheese flavor is amazing! The original fries with ketchup are also a side you can't skip with a burger, and I recommend them.

Is Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage worth a return visit?

Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage is the spot near Daegueunhaeng Station where I grabbed lunch before heading to Lions Park. The atmosphere and flavor were both so good that I'd recommend it for a Daegu date, too. If you like handmade burgers, it's a must-visit at least once!
