Weekend couple's set of marinated beef short rib at Daehwa Sutbul
Daehwa Sutbul Garden Siheung Janggok Branch is a charcoal-grilled meat restaurant in Janggok-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi, serving Gyeongju-style marinated beef short rib (galbisal) cooked tableside. A couple went on a weekend morning craving beef and shared a 500g marinated beef short rib set with house-made sausage, chicken gadonisal, kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), and ice cream, and found the sweet marinade never got cloying, especially wrapped in tortilla. Their only regret: they were too full as a couple to try the side menu.
